Nikki Luttmann

Nikki Luttmann has been around homes and home building her entire life. The daughter of a fine-home contractor, she has always had an interest in design and construction. She has a degree in Art and Design from Cal State Long Beach, as well as a degree in Interior Design and Staging from the New York Institute of Art and Design. She moved to Sandpoint from Southern California back in 2002 and has loved every minute of life in North Idaho.
With her family, she enjoys the lake, the snow and all the activities that the area has to offer. She is passionate about our community and an avid volunteer for both the Sandpoint Youth Lacrosse League and the Music Conservatory of Sandpoint.
As a Real Estate Sales Associate, her local knowledge and experience with all things home-related (remodels, new construction, design and staging) set her apart and help her clients achieve their buying and selling goals.
